Re: Fan dead before Liverpool game

I was only going by what I was told by somebody who sat through the whole trial and watched all the cctv evidence. he also spoke to the families lawyer after the trial. I suppose being the man who died best friend he may of had a diffrent view on the trial than others.

Re: Fan dead before Liverpool game

1 man got 7 years for man slaughter, judge was pushing for a murder verdict but the jury was split on this. The man given the sentence was the one who delivered the fatal kick while he was laying unconcious on the floor.

Rubbish articles about Arsenal in national press

BY BRUCE MILLINGTON 4:23PM 21 FEB 2013 THE enthusiasm with which people line up to kick lumps out of Arsenal is as mystifying as it is depressing. And never have the club come under such a barrage of criticism as they have in the wake of their defeat by Bayern Munich this week. Cowering like a puppy...

Re: BBC Sport Price Of Football Survey 2012

You have seen the headlines and you have probably seen the table. Arsenal charge the highest prices blah blah blah yes we do and as has been pointed out on many blogs about it(7am gives a good write up) it is down to market forces. Some interesting things have been pointed out many lower league club...

Re: BBC Sport Price Of Football Survey 2012

The west ham £480 season ticket could only be brought if you have had a ST for 5 years and used the 20% loyalty discount offered in 2009 during the 1st year. Some of the lower league prices are special prices used only once or twice a season so do not reflect the true price. The Arsenal ST is for 26...

Re: City / Citeh Drinking and match thread

Were the 6 miss placed forward passes in the first or 2nd half of the match. I wonder how city's change in formation at HT affected Artetas passing as he was probably closed down quicker

Re: City / Citeh Drinking and match thread

Not that it really matters but Jenkinson wasn't free. The fee was ~£1M apparently yes seems to be some dispute about that but in the grand scheme of things up against City £1m here nor there will make a difference not. On that subject reading some papers saying Cazorla cost Arsenal £20 m while othe...

Re: City / Citeh Drinking and match thread

When you look deeper into the stats you can see he's sitting and holding as a DM. Which may explain why we didn't see Arteta as we're used to You are correct and it depends on who the other midfield player is with Arteta, if like Sunday it is Diaby you will see Arteta sitting further back(watch the...

Re: Why am I surprised

That the AFC online shopping game is a complete rip-off, on a wave of optimism after Pod's performance yesterday I finally gave in to my oldests demands for the new home kit complete with number nine and name. Priced it on the website and gave up in disgust when the total had reached 53 quid before...

Re: IF YOU THINK WE MOAN A LOT

I'm not sure everybody will get the answers they want today. Watching the news and listening to the radio many families involved seem to want different things from the report, some want closure, some want somebody to blame others want more but what that is I'm not sure. A few want Liverpool supporte...
