Re: Today's matches
am i the only one not slightly concearned with liverpool?
genuinely think they don't have a good enough squad to last the entirety of the league. i know we're not full of bergkamps either, but they do seem quite a few players short of being title contenders.

Re: WENGER - Views For and Against.
The thing about Ramsey too is that he is a very mobile and athletic player which are useful attributes for playing out wide in the modern game. yeah, let's say he's slightly mobile allright: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BaVanV5CEAASRaJ.png agree with your comment on us always switching positions as ...

Re: WENGER - Views For and Against.
Wenger bears absolute responsibility for dividing the fans and having them fight amongst themselves in the stands. you're kidding, right? i mean, he's responsible for the average team that was on the pitch, but being responsible for some idiots actually punching each other because they have differe...

Re: WENGER - Views For and Against.
good post and good answers ldb. we've heard time and time again from arsene as well that playing central midfielders in the wing teaches them how to deal with less space, and how it helped both wilshere and ramsey become the players they are now. hard to say how much of that is true, but it's hard t...

Re: The Online Gooner Gamers Thread
PC gamer here. consoles are for little girls   play football manager, baldurs gate, some FPS (crysis, far cry and the alike, which by the way are much better played with a mouse than a console controller) and the mild RPG every now and then. used to love adventure games too (first alone i...

Re: Cardiff Away travel etc game thread
hmm... we're showing progress. I think to keep referring to the 8 years is unfair on the players... that's not their burden to carry so if this group continues to fight and stay focused, but ultimately fall short of winning a trophy, I will be content. PROGRESS is the important thing. Not sure abou...

Re: Cardiff Away travel etc game thread
Has Wenger learnt any lessons from 07/08 when we were in almost an identical position? And although they weren't here at that time, have Kroenke & Gazidis? i think this squad is much better than 07/08. our creative players then were cesc, rosicky, hleb and diaby. you have to admit cazorla, ozil...

Re: WENGER - Views For and Against.
Regardless of what any previous fucking stats throw up, what is needed is consistency between August and May......not Feb to November, or any other period staggered over 2 seasons. If we come through December unscathed then I will allow myself to start believing we could achieve something this seas...
