Re: So who would you clear off in the summer?

I would happily drive any of the following and all of the personal belongings to a new club anywhere: Sagna, Flappy and Bendtner are all out of contract so already leaving Monreal Arteta Diaby Sanogo Giroud Wenger I would happily keep the rest of the squad together and add some more quality, includi...

Re: The Yaya Sanogo Progress Thread

Sanogo was nothing more than a joke yesterday (that is being kind) and how he played the entire game is beyond me.

I can only assume that he is the next Eboue, Gervinho or Diaby. A Wenger project to prove everyone wrong who thinks they are useless because we have never worked a day in football!!!

Re: WENGER - Views For and Against.

Like so many others there was not one person in my block yesterday nor in the queue to go into the ground or get on the tube afterwards who had a positive AW comment. Surely he and the board will not be so arrogant as to make us pay an increased season ticket price for more of the same dross??? I wa...

In wenger we Trust or Rust?

There are so many threads on this but I could not see a poll. Thought it might be interesting to see what the general opinion on here is given I still hear and read people saying he should stay. Just to clarify my view on it - we are rusting badly. A man with one tactic, no plan B, a glaring blindne...

who would you pick?

Bearing in mind our confidence looks shot to pieces all over the pitch and the fact we now really need to win every single game we have left I wondered what others might do with the team if they were in charge. My team (below) would be a mixture of potential but also some pace which we have missed i...

Re: WENGER - Views For and Against.

If someone wanted to give you a pay rise, ask very little of your for the money they pay you and let you do what you wanted would you walk away? It is a shame the man who made us what we are in modern football and helped redefine the premier league is now a complete mess who can't admit his own fail...

Re: IF YOU COULD

Buy: Cavani. Allegedly unhappy at PSG and maybe Arsene could use his special relationship with them to make it happen Sell: Park; Bendtner; Diaby; Sanogo; Frimpong; Miyachi (hopefully all of them would go but would settle for half of them leaving) Loan: Akpom. He clearly has an eye for goal and need...

Flamini

Whilst I understand the frustration that signing him again may have caused a lot of people I thought he was and is going to be a very good signing. Today at the game only went to help me think that I was right. From the moment he cam eon he organised, stuck his foot in and let his teammates know whe...

Re: Vermin Home Game

After losing Podolski to injury, playing our 3 key central midfielders for 90mins in a pointless game last night (Ramsey injured, Cazorla and Jack kicked to pieces towards the end) and using our new signing up front for half an hour (is it just me or is he lost and looking very useless?) I fear we m...

Re: If Higuain is the only big signing will you be satisfied

The fact we are wrangling over a few million to secure Williams from Swansea says it all for me, he has proven himself to be a reliable defender and as it is an area we need back up in just go and get him (surely at £3-£4m more than an unproven Croation kid he is value for money?) and start a proper...

Re: POLL: Do you want Arsenal to sign Wayne Rooney?

To buy Rooney would represent a gamble but surely it is one worth taking? He would win at least 5 games a season on his own (whether setting up or scoring goals) and we do not have a forward in the club who can do that. He can also play in any of the attacking positions used in the 5 man midfield we...

Re: WENGER - Views For and Against.

Rewarding failure again is exactly why we have a squad who have won nothing nor look like they are capable of doing so!!!!!!!! Eight years and counting this is a joke and sums up where we are going as a club - NOWHERE

Re: Worst Arsenal squad of the century?

It has to be this year because it is almost an entirely Wenger bought squad and when you consider he has been allegedly buying technical players to play ala Barca he clearly has failed!! It also has plenty of players who would struggle to make mid table premier league sides but are regulars for us w...

New signing

Please see article below: http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11670/8717370/Transfer-news-Arsenal-close-on-Auxerre-striker-Yaya-Sanogo My question would be why are we signing him? Akpom has scored lots of goals in the reserves this year suremy he would be worth a chance? If we did want to take a...

Re: Olivier Giroud aka Le Chapman

As soon as I had watched him play once I did not see why we spent £12m on him but like most thought that he might adapt given time so have been willing to give him a chance. However, he has got even worse as the season has gone on and I do not remember the last good game he had (by that I do not mea...
