Re: Odegaard appreciation thread
What an absolute joke we as a group of fans are, our Captain and arguably our player of the season so far still doesn`t have a proper song that has caught on and gets sung at any volume so he could hear it on the pitch! I know we have the "when he gets the ball hes f@ckin magical" song but...

Re: Getting tickets
I was talking to a tout the other day who said nothing has changed as far as they are concerned, whereas they used to sell hard copy tickets to anyone who wanted them now they send you the email confirmation which has the barcode on the bottom of it and which can gain you entry so what was the fucki...

Re: Forum negativity :-)
How is it on here today?
Anyone still moaning ?
Positive vibes after yesterday or people trying to deflate the optimism?

Re: Forum negativity :-)
Tbh this is why I don't get involved much in the debates these days. I can accept that Arteta has now well and truly blown it, and he should be sacked but some of the stuff that's said goes just a tad too far for me. Was the same with Wenger. It puts off new people from getting into the debates IMO...

Re: Finishing Position for This Season (merged thread)
I am not saying that we are title contenders, I don't even see us finishing in the top 4 I just don't see us doing worse than last season, and I fully expect that we can and will do better. If we don't then Arteta has to go, but he just about deserves another chance this season. Careful Rob, you wi...

Re: Drummers Thread
Yeah Buddy Rich was amazing, when I started playing as a kid my uncle made me listen to Buddy Rich and Gene Krupa records, before my time also so the jazz tunes themselves never got me I just waited for Rich or Krupa to go into a 10 minute drum solo, Rich had the quickest hands ever seen, unbelievab...

My Favourite drummer was/is Bill Bruford, I think Yes went downhill after Alan White joined - I think he only got the gig because he played on Imagine by John Lennon :? 2nd would be Neil Peart (RIP) of Rush..Saw them twice and the solo's he did were not only Awesome and Exhausting - But seri...

Re: Arsenal history / Manor Ground site redevelopment.
This bloke was my dads hero!! He was always banging on about him being better than Wilson and Jennings {not sure about Jennings lol} Kelsey used to work in the tiny Arsenal shop at Highbury when he retired and my Dad used to take me there just so he could talk to Kelsey! No complaints from me!! Jack...

Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
Yes i agree he could save us a few quid by not signing Odegaard who I think is a 1 good game in 5 merchant, You dont need 2 defensive midfielders so I see him either as a partner to Partey arriving late in the box or back up to ESR in the number 10. We dont have anything to lose do we by giving him ...

Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
I think most Gooners would sell him for anything over £20m-£25m. He hasnt done well overall when he has played for us, and has never done enough to suggest that he is good enough to play for a top club. I was listening to a podcast the other day where a geordie fan suggested that maybe being a big ...

Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
Players we are happy to let go: Laca Xhaka Elneny Guendouzi Bellerin Mari Willock Nelson Torreira Your happy to sell Willock? You have to be kidding me, you mean the young lad who in the last 7 games scored more goals than our whole midfield combined all season? yeah great suggestion that, you spea...

Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
Wind your pissflaps back in there, Mary Jane . Now take your rose tinted spectacles off too. :x He was hopeless for us for years, could not pass a ball forward, pissed possession away with stupid flicks and backheels.... and then he had that one brilliant half season where he was one of the ...
