Wenger to AC Milan - Milan my new second team

I was as hard on Wenger as anyone & was adamant he needed to go. But if the reports are true and Wenger ends up at AC Milan, I more than wish him well, infact I would actively keep on eye out for Milan results and would support them against any other team bar Arsenal.

Re: Mickeys Home 03/11/18 5.30pm

Lacazette with another stunner. Is he ever going to score a generic goal this year, every one of his league goals have been brilliant. But not only that he scores important goals, either winners or goals to level the score. I dont think any player in the league has won his team as many points as Lac...

Pick an attacking team. We are scoring quite a few goals at the moment, 19 to be exact and only City have more.

Re: Fulham Away 07/10 @12:00

Of course the Wenger brigade are going to push back against the idea we have improved tenfold post Wenger. It was obvious Wenger was the issue yet so many were not willing to entertain the idea Wenger was the cause of blame. I enjoy seeing Emery on the touchline, he is invested in the game yet he do...

Re: Fulham Away 07/10 @12:00

Lacazette brilliant. I know 4 goals in 8 games doesnt exactly scream on fire. But 3 of his goals have been stunners that really counted. The brilliant winner at Cardiff, the brilliant strike to go 1-0 against Everton, and now this brilliant goal to restore the lead he has given us earlier. Its one t...

Re: Unai Emery

We used to have these run of wins with Wenger. But they came to an end eventually, and with Wenger the losses would roll for 3-4 games. The key here is when we do lose a game, do we falter, or do we win the next week. One thing Emery has brought, is some energy and stability. Wenger was a nervous wr...

Re: Watford Home 29/09 3pm

I think Lacazette,Ozil, Miki and PEA can force 3-4 goals in this game.

Pick the young kid with the crazy hair and Torreira again in midfield. Back 4 is easy enough.

Liverpool are playing Chelsea, so one if not both will drop points. Can cut the gap on one, if not both of them.

Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread

Im all for Ramsey leaving. Emery has the right to make this team in his own image & I dont think Ramsey is the type of midfielder we need. For years Wenger stock piled attacking midfielders and would play them on the flanks to justify having them. Although Emery isnt doing that and the flanks ex...

Re: Biggest Waste of Talent in Wenger Era

Anelka. He could have been Thierry Henry. But he left for Real Madrid way too early and even though he had a successful time at Chelsea, he really could have been one of the all time greatest strikers to have ever played in the premier league had he stayed. Mind you, would Henry have joined us and p...

Re: Unai Emery

Were still a bit rusty. The two wins are good, But we fell behind at home to West Ham, and blew two leads against Cardiff before pulling ahead again. Its going to time more time for the new signings to settle and for Emery to really make this team his own. Not only that, Emery is still learning his ...

Re: Chav$ Away 18/08 @17:30

I just want to see Lacazette & PEA play together. Whats the point of paying 50m for two strikers if you dont pair them? I know once you play two stinkers it has to be 4-4-2 which is very old fashioned. But there must be a way to put both in the team and give them both the chance to strike. I hav...

Re: Chav$ Away 18/08 @17:30

These are the type of games were changes need to be made. Monreal, Lichtsteiner should be called up, Ozil should be dropped. Two old heads at wingback with Lacazette Welbeck offering protection. Start Torriera, Guendouzi & I would go with Ramsey just because one midfielder needs to get forward....

Re: Chav$ Away 18/08 @17:30

Against teams outside the top 6 , Ozil is a given to start. But in games against the top 6 (especially away), his position in the team need to be really be questioned.

Re: Man City HOME Sunday August 12th 4pm

Wrong team & wrong tactics. Welbeck or Lacazette should have played instead of Ozil. Ozil just doesn't have an engine, in an era were you need to be an athlete as well as a footballer, Ozil is no athlete. He really shouldn't be starting in games in which we are likely not to have majority posses...
