van persie has spent a shit load of time injured for the last 3 seasons and not just this season. As a player I rate him highly but you cannot pretend that his woeful injury record is just bad luck when it is going on this long

Kirkland has been behind 56 year old david james and paul "i ate all the pies and then some" robinson so clearly the lad is highly rated

He is right though. It was a really good season for us and no matter how painfull some incidents or results were we will be better and stronger next year. And you are basing that on what exactly ? Will we be stronger when we have lost our only quality keeper (jens),our midfield dynamo flamini and t...

No they're not similar but the rule of the game put them in the same category. Hleb was bang out of order doing what he did and he deserves his punishment. I agree for what he did he should be banned but the two incidents are completly different but get the same punishment. Just don't seem right to...

Welcome mate but your choice of legends is suspect to say the least. If he isnt sold in the summer I will be contacting my nearest gangster to organise a hit on hleb for next season

He is a a few slices of bread short of the full loaf of that there is no doubt  However my gripe with him is that he is a total *word censored* that has come on here, abused many many members calling them dickheads and morons, has never apologised and yet is still allowed on here  I have...

I have little problem with flamini leaving except it yet again shows our inability to hold onto our players  I have had this arguement with a few on here before (mainly our sensitive moderator it should be said  ) but any top player like cesc could not and should not be happy with not wi...

OK - this might be a bit controversial but is Flamini REALLY that good? He's been at the club since 2004 and it's only this season he holds down a first team place. I admit that previously he was young and sometimes he played out of position but he's had one good season. Is he that good. Why the fu...

I can say without any hesitation that spuddy is not in the minority on this forum on this subject. All last night confirmed to most of us is that the scousers are indeed an average team who even though they were playing at home still didnt have the courage to attack like they should have done(althou...

Like most on here I believe that if flamini was going to stay he would have signed before now. Again what annoys me most is that as a club we seemed to have bent over yet again to be screwed financially on a player that we should have either sold or signed up 12 months ago. One thing I would like to...

Cant disagree with any of your thoughts there number 5. I always look at a players lack of a 1st touch as a sure sign that he aint good enough. I mean it can take time to adapt to new team-mates, a new country and a faster style of play but if you cant control a fucking ball none of the rest will ev...

The thought of revenge against the scum y*d crew is very appealing to me after the beer cup this season however I would have to opt for the mancs on this poll. Beating the mancs 5-0 would mean so much more in terms of challenging for a trophy than some outdated local rivalry against a small mickey m...
