Re: Connection problems- Hostgator

Apparently Wenger tried to buy hostgator as he doesn't like some of the comments on the site, well 98.7% of them to be precise.. :box:

Rumour on twatter is that he is after a new hobby for next season to go alongside his new role on MOTD...

Re: Sitting in the wrond end

Only done it twice & it is not nice, First time was at the old Dell during the eighties, horrible place & my experience wasn't helped by jumping up & down when we scored :barscarf: as it ended up with me & 3 mates being thrown out (bit harsh) Second time was in 99 at Elland Road, i had recently move...

Best bit for me.

"Where's the tosser in the green?"

Felt great to shut that mug up and glad a load of other people cottoned on to him as well. Wasn't being so mouthy at the end I couldn't help but notice

Re: Sunderland vs. Arsenal (14th September)

Where are people having a pre match beer tomorrow, am arriving in Sunderland around midday so have plenty of time to kill :barscarf: [/quote] Unfortunately most of the gooners will probably go to Newcastle pre match. If you're in Sunderland many will go into the town centre, there's the Lambton Wor...

Re: Cost of kids local football....outrageous

I'm from Hampshire, the local council pitches around here are about £55 a game, how much PER game is it up there Lee? Not sure if that was directed at me but the junior league here in Leeds that my son play's in charge £191 for a whole season or £27 for a one off booking, quite reasonable i think..

I was fortunate to attend plenty of games at Highbury from the mid seventies onwards & as much as the Emirates is a fantastic stadium i still miss walking on to that North Bank big time...Happy days they were

My son plays for an under 11 team in Leeds of which there is a total of 9 teams but the cost is nowhere near that  , must be the North South divide :rubchin:

Re: Sunderland vs. Arsenal (14th September)

On a similar note, my wife was expecting our first child 14 years ago & i had the name Charlie after the great Nicholas all ready to go so when it was a girl instead of the expected boy i persuaded her to use Charlie :barscarf: & 14 years later she is still a right Charlie :banghead:
