Re: LEICESTER CITY HOME GAME THREAD

Starting XI: Cech, Bellerin Holding Mertesacker Monreal Kolasinac, Elneny Xhaka, Welbeck Iwobi, Laca 2-0 Lacazette with both If we lose I would say it would be open season on Wenger, except we were in that place last season, and the season before and everything was quickly forgotten about. Wenger's ...

Re: Jack Wilshere

I'd like him to stay. I don't think he's good enough for our 1st team but a big problem for us has been strength in depth and replacing injured players. I'd rather we had Wilshere available to bring off the bench than Coquelin.

Re: The Fake News Summer Transfer Thread

We're going into our 1st game of the season with both Ramsey and Ozil injury doubts. If we'd got Lemar over the line early it wouldn't have been a problem. But now...well we've been here before haven't we.

Re: Welcome Alexandre Lacazette

I feel sorry for him, as if he goes a few games without a goal, then Wenger will bench him for Giroud. Yet, Giroud can go a half a season without a league goal, and Wenger still sees him as a crucial player :banghead: The sad thing is Giroud is crucial, hes never been good enough but after another s...

Re: Charity Shield

Nice win and good performance. Liked the look of Lacazette, really unlucky not to score. Seems to be comfortable both as a poacher and dropping deep linking with midfielders. Xhaka was outstanding bar the rash clearance. Their goal even afterwards could still easily have been prevented though. Belle...

Re: The Fake News Summer Transfer Thread

Valencia boss Marcelino has confirmed he’s keeping tabs on three potential defensive recruits, including Arsenal’s Gabriel. Sell, Sell, Sell!! Infact how about two for the price of one?, throw in Debuchy for nothing. We should start doing a loyalty card system. Sign 3 of our deadwood play...

Sky sources are reporting we've made a £198,000,001 bid to scupper the Neymar deal
Surprised we have any money left in our budget after the Mpabbe signing.

Re: Will Sanchez/Ozil sign - Poll

We will probably keep Sánchez for now but I'm resigned to losing him on a free next summer. He's never signed more than one contract at any club. Only tiny slither of hope is if we sign real top quality players and win the PL this season, which won't happen. Even if it did he still might not sign a ...

Re: The Fake News Summer Transfer Thread

Ideally we'd offer Sanchez a two year deal with a realistic buy out clause for a foreign club if we don't win the PL this season. Yup! That's what "We" would do...But Ohhhhh noooo Not wenkercuntslop he is a universe and ruler unto himself and that universe is named: Traaa Laaaa Laaa Laaa! What is t...

Re: The PRE-SEASON FRIENDLIES Thread

Mexican waves are cringe but I've only ever seen them happen at Emirates Cup matches, full of tourists and small children going to their first games. The banning orders should be dished out to the fans who shout "What do you think of Tottenham?" 473 times per match.

Re: The Fake News Summer Transfer Thread

I don't think he'd take it even if we did, Sally: 1 - we couldn't match City's wages, or PSG's 2 - at 29, he doesn't want to wait at least another year for a sniff of a Champions' League medal...... We could easily match his wages by selling some deadwood. We won't though because of Wenger's social...

Re: Stan Kroenke: the worst thing ever to happen to AFC

I wont say it... Oh go on then... I told you so! Wonder how those planks with the "hate Usmanov" banners feel now?. Pretty stupid, especially since they tried and failed to organise a boycott at the Watford quarter final a couple of seasons ago in protest against Kroenke. Sure they joined...
