Of that list only Sol is woth keeping, his experience and know how could be a massive aid to the rest especially in training. Gallas can go as long as we get hold of a good replacement i.e. Cahill, Hangeland or Chiellini. The rest of them can leave and the sooner the better, I'm sure we could have a...

That is indeed a better title, I was struggling to name any foreign players I would like to see that we could afford to get hence the English players at clubs who are likely o sell for the right price!!

The point made was not that they had to be English in particular but have the attitude that we all want to see, on a cold wet november day away at Burnley or some other crap hole up north I do not want them to jump out of tackles, wear gloves or tights or rollnecks under their shirs. Just to go and ...

I like the idea of Cattermole, makes you wonder why we did not get him the first time he was available? I would even settle for buying back Flamini if he is still unhappy in Milan

Is it time to end the foreign experiment?

It strikes me having watched the basically the same pile of shit players fort he last few seasons win nothing that they are clearly missing a spark. To me that spark is an English core/attitude. The great invincibles had only a few English players in it but what it did have was players from abroad w...

Hart Sagna Cahill Vermaelen Gibbs Song Parker Cesc Arshavin Van P Rosicky Subs: Sczenesny, Campbell, Djourou, Ramsey, Nasri, Chamakh, Huntelaar I would sell off Almunia, Fabianski, Eboue, Clichy, Denilson, Diaby and Eduardo to further swell the coffers so money can be raised and get us some British ...

Substitutions win a game

I thought we looked a lot better when Nasri went off and Rosicky came on, that was a good substitution. Arshavin getting injured and having to go off meant that Walcott had to come on, did not really work out as Walcott seems to have lost all confidence. Pulling off Bendtner just invited pressure es...

A forward at last

It was great to finally see a forard with some size about him leading the line for us. Though not the biggest fan of Bandtner (he has failed to live uo the hype of a few years ago) I though t he did reasonably well. He won a few headers abd at least got of the ground even if he lost it, provided som...

Totally agree with every point. Why when we as fans can all see this unfolding in front of us can hte man soley responsible for it not?? We have needed the same players in the same key positions for the last 3 years and still we buy 17 year olds and are told to be patient. Arshavin should speak up a...

Team selection

Having had to sit through yet another abject home display against a 'big side' it has made me wonder whether it might be tiime to start again with our defence and be slightly more offensive in central midfield? I suggest Fabianski in goal (how much longer can Almunia continue to struggle?). Sagna ri...
