Re: Chav$ Away 18/08 @17:30
These are the type of games were changes need to be made. Monreal, Lichtsteiner should be called up, Ozil should be dropped. Two old heads at wingback with Lacazette Welbeck offering protection. Start Torriera, Guendouzi & I would go with Ramsey just because one midfielder needs to get forward....

Re: Cech crying over Bayer Leverkusen joke
Sums up modern football in this country really.
Imagine how some of the games real characters from years gone by would fare today..... people are literally offended by everything.

Re: Man City HOME Sunday August 12th 4pm
Why is the kid with the hair still on ? What game where you watching Rob? For a youngster it wasn’t an awful debut. He made one howler, got away with it but for the rest of the game looked more accomplished than so called seasoned pros Ramsey and Xhaka. I like how he sees a forward pass early. When...

" He can't get away with that type of aimless performance ,or he'll be sat next to UE".Lee Dixon. After the 2nd half kicked off his first touch was in the 65th min.Very influential against an elite team. I assume that is again aimed at Ozil ? If so then would you please shut the fcuk up o...

Re: OZIL No shows, Injury, illness ??
Under Emery, Ozil will be the Player of the Year, breaking the 20 assist mark for the season. It's his first new manager for 5 years at club and international level, and he has a lot of haters to prove wrong. But does he have the desire to do it? He's been on easy street at this club and it showed ...

Re: Transfers / players in / players out merged thread
As I've said before Im not sure how much influence Dick actually has over all of this but im sure he has some. Hats off to all of them for getting the business done and worrying about balancing the books later. The way we've acted in the transfer market this summer shows just how much control Wenger...

Re: THE WENGER THREAD
I find this thread cathartic, as it allows us to get rid of the poison that the Wenger years have left behind. Whilst watching the Belgium Japan game - as Japan scored their second goal - last night Keown had the gall to say that Roberto Martinez, was standing on the touchline shell shocked not kno...

Re: Transfers / players in / players out merged thread
Always wondered how things would play out for Serge and it will be interesting to see how his career develops. Odds are at the very least that we gave him away cheaply. https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/football/bundesliga/6674997/ex-arsenal-serge-gnabry-bayern-unveiled/ Never understood why we let hi...

Re: Jack Wilshere merged thread
In ways I'm sorry to see him go, he had something that most of the Wenger boys hadn't in recent years...But like most of the Wenger boys of recent years Jack isn't at a level he should be. I am really gutted that he is leaving, but totally understand why he is doing so. He could have been a legend ...

Re: Transfers / players in / players out merged thread
So far Emery has signed an experienced right back to be used sparingly, & is pushing hard for a defensive midfielder and keeper (Torrieira & Leno). Of course if Wenger was manager he would be looking at attacking midfielders. Given Wenger obsession with collecting attacking players there re...
