But for some reason the AKBs object to the "Thanks for the Memories banner too.

Re: Wenger Out protest - Sunday 2nd April 14:30 Man City (H)

I had hoped by now that everyone on here had agreed the right way forward - that is to 1) Get rid of Wenger and 2) get rid of Kroenke yes I understand why people want to target Kroenke, he is ultimately what is killing the club and I maintained several years ago now on here that he was the biggest p...

Re: EU referendum - how shit is this thread??

Lord Heseltine has said that Brexit is like Germany winning the 2nd World War.

He is quite right - they will dominate Europe now and we have given up all our influence, just because a load of uneducated Brits thought that they could take back control. Totally ridiculous.

Re: MAN CITY HOME GAME THREAD

the number of tickets available for this match and in particular the West Ham and Leicester games is staggering.

Re: Wenger Out protest - Sunday 2nd April 14:30 Man City (H)

Before the Norwich "time for change" protest last season, I posted that everyone who wanted change should get a ticket and get inside the stadium. There were loads of tickets available at cat c prices. Unfortunately, not enough people joined in and it back fired. In hindsight the watered ...

Re: Wenger Out protest - Sunday 2nd April 14:30 Man City (H)

Lateral thinking, but good thinking. :rubchin: :D One problem is we need European football next season for this to work, and we are in free-fall at the moment. NOT getting 4th place paradoxically would help the old fraud if he signs again, with no CL to distract from the League. Apparently we would ...

Re: THE WENGER THREAD

It is fairly obvious something has gone on behind the scenes hence the silence from Gazidis and the lack of clarity about Le fraud's situation. Gazidis has been here for almost a decade. He will do fine in partnership with a competent manager The silence from Gazidis is deafening. This is getting i...

Re: Wenger Out protest - Sunday 2nd April 14:30 Man City (H)

As long as the others are willing to get behind the No New Contract banner then all good, we just don't want it to get diluted by people suddenly bringing new messages onboard. 500 protesters behind the single NoNewContract message, has far more impact than the same number all with different signs....

Re: Wenger Out protest - Sunday 2nd April 14:30 Man City (H)

Whatever happens in the next week will be crucial as, if he signs, the protests will move from proactive to reactive which will, I think, mean that things have to ramp up hugely - make them realise that we aren't going to just accept it and disappear. Numbers is the big thing here which means we ha...

Re: Wenger Out protest - Sunday 2nd April 14:30 Man City (H)

Lets cause some kind of disruption at the Palace away game. Monday night football so the whole world will be watching, and if enough fans are involved they cant really pin it on one person. Also as a bonus the club may get punished by the FA  hopefully a points deduction so we miss out on the ...

Re: Wenger Out protest - Sunday 2nd April 14:30 Man City (H)

whats the situation with disrupting the match ?

Bayern Munich did it with their toilet rolls and a Turkish team did it recently at the Emirates too with flares.

is there a fine for that sort of thing or is there just more leniency for away supporters ?

Re: THE WENGER THREAD

the most important thing the BSM statement will do is increase numbers for the protests.

that is vital and so very very good news.
