Re: Parking

Usually you can use the stadium car park for free if you arrange it beforehand. However rather annoyingly, the web site states they haven't confirmed the coach pick up and drop off points for 9 March and can't guarantee parking yet. If that's the case, you may be better off arranging parking through...

Re: Arsenal Stores

Bear in mind they may have been taken on short / temporary leases at advantageous rates. That said the Brent Cross store (in a very busy shopping centre) appeared to have been fitted out at some expense and opened with quite a fanfare including appearances from the likes of Jack Wilshere. Apart from...

Re: Arsenal complete Krystian Bielik deal

Good luck to him, if he's treated like Chambers he'll be fucked by the time he's 19!! Let's hope he turns out to be a good 'un. This is my fear - Wenger will claim our defensive problems are now sorted with this signing. The lad will then be thrown in at the deep end and will be totally overwhelmed...

Don't panic. Diaby will be back from injury soon. It will feel just like a new signing :-P

Re: Religion

Quite simply it's all about mutual respect and tolerance. I have no issue with anyone who practices their faith or has no faith as long as their beliefs/lack of beliefs do not impinge on the rights of others. However I do take serious issue with those who tell me only their way is right - be it the ...

Re: FA Cup Draw

Fond memories last time watching Mr Santos huffing and puffing around the pitch and an inebriated fellow Gooner offering to murder me for politely suggesting the Brazilian may not have been our greatest-ever signing :barscarf:

Re: Parking

 :barscarf: BTW If money is no object there is a car park two minutes walk from the ground pretty much opposite Holloway Road Tube. It will cost about £20 but is secure and is run by good blokes. It should have space as long as you don't arrive too late. If driving down the Holloway Road from A...

Re: Parking

Try Tufnell Park Road and surrounding roads nearby. Going further up the Holloway Road towards Archway Tube you can also try Wedmore Street and the nearby roads on the same side. All will be within 10-20 mins walk of the stadium.

Re: Your local non league team

A bit spoiled for choice - we have Wingate & Finchley, Barnet and Borehamwood all local to us. My lad is lucky to use Barnet's excellent facilities for the Sunday friendly league he plays in. It's a bit hard to get him along to see any other team 'though. He just rolls his eyes at me and points ...

Apparently there was once a mythical age when football happened at 3pm on Saturdays.
