Re: Haye vs. Chisora

Garcia will beat Khan, for me he is a fantastic pugalist If Khan boxes behind his jab, and doesnt get drawn into a brawl, he could do it within 6 rounds I reckon. I just dont see Garcia winning. Sorry Bren, he might be useless at predicting transfers but I think we now have a new 'resident boxing e...

Re: Haye vs. Chisora

Was indeed very predictable, and although Haye was very good, Chisora has always been fairly fucking average, and tonight showed that again. It will be a long long time before he wins a world title from what he has shown so far in his career, but warren has done a great pr job to get the publicity h...

Re: Alisher Usmanov criticises Arsenal board

Yes I agree the timing of the statement is indeed provacative, but i agree with almost everything in the letter. Im actually so angy about the whole van persie/usmanov statements followed by now hill woods ramblings, we really are being taken for mugs as fans. I welcome a change of board and yes of ...

Re: Van Persie saga, officially not extending contract.

Robin wants to win trophies. He'd rather win them at Arsenal , especially as they will give him a good deal (but crap compared to City). However he realises from his conversations with the powers that be that they have no ambition. He issues a statement that basically says, I've had enough, you pro...

Re: "Playing for George Graham was like living in Iraq"

I had a few Jars with him in Miami when we played Independiente in 1989 . Was relaxed chatty and seemed alright but u could tell the players were all on their best behavior. His only concern was that DB10 would nip across the water and shag his missus whilst he was gone ! He was my Hero then and re...

Re: EURO 2012 KNOCKOUT ROUNDS

I think Engalnd were as expected to be totally honest...better even. Im not just talking about tonights game, but where they are in general. They were never going to win it, and it was more a last horrah for the so called "golden generation", and hodgson working with what he had and the be...

Re: Hard Rock Calling (Wanted)

Get one off a tout, if you play it smart you may just get one for cheaper than face value. If you just want to see The Boss, wait till all the other band are pretty much done, the touts by that stage are desperate to get rid of the tickets, so you can make a saving from face value. I've seem quite a...
