I think this is one of Wenger's "tactical" injuries.

Gallas' deal expires this summer. As far as I'm aware he hasn't signed a new one, so AW will not play him.

Defining weakened side would help - although can you trust the FA not to screw it up? Personally I feel the rule should be interpreted as preventing teams from fielding a team that has less than 11 players. As far as who is in that 11 - that is the concern of the team's manager and him only. The FA ...

SAFC - bang on there mate.

Monostich - surely the situation is exactly the same, Wolves were resting players for a bigger game (i.e. a 6-pointer for them) in a few days time.

It is another example of the FA coming down on the smaller clubs, but not having the balls to collar Man Utd.

Bye Kolo! Thanks for the memories!

The ear question is a good 'un. I hate to put too much pressure on him... but Jack Wilshire has an interesting pair of lug-holes.

I must confess after his antics last summer I enjoyed waving banknotes at him.

Not the most constructive thing I've ever done...but by god it made me feel good.

Hangeland certainly caught my eye in the 2 games we had against Fulham last season. I think he ticks a lot of boxes and would be a good signing for us. However I do accept that his technique is somewaht limited. I would suggest that he would give us an extra option. He would not play in every game a...

Ade has used up all his chances.

While we don't have anyone as quick or strong in the squad - I don't think that finding a similar type of player would be too difficult.

I'd sell him for 10p

Tone in for Kolo
Petit for Cesc
Overmars for Ljungberg

(Although do Overmars/Petit count as they moved in summer 2000 so only played half a season in this decade?)
