Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread

Trossard is decent, but woud have prefered Mc Alister from Brighton The manager seemed to get Trossard out quickly, could be an issue :rubchin: As long as he's only a problem 6 months before his contract runs out ...as was the situation at Brighton...and is boosted by being at a top club he shouldn...

Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread

Of course there's no guarantees with almost any player but from what I've seen of Trossard he looks like a decent player. Not every signing has to be world class. Romford was never world class but he was a massive player for us. Fingers crossed this guy turns out superb for us too. :barscarf: Ahem!...

Re: other matches this weekend

By the time we play on Sunday, I expect citeh to be two points behind having play 2 games more. After Peps call to arms interview things will start getting feisty, just hope we can keep going.

Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread

Exactly the type of transfer we need, good player, and established like Jesus and Zinchenko, we have enough potential young players.

we need casimero to be Yellow carded tonight so he misses the game against us... But with this uselessCuntingRef the chances of that happening are slim..
You wish has come true...expect the FA panel to overturn it tomorrow

Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread

When I see players that we are linked to for £88m who aren't worth it, I think back to the players we signed over the years that made THE difference. 1988 Brian Marwood, 1990, Anders Limpar, 1997 Emmanuel Petit and 2001 Sol Campbell. Apart from Sol the others were good solid professionals and like w...

Re: Mikel Arteta, success or failure? - Merged thread.

Looks to me as if he has watched the Amazon all or nothing back and learnt from his mistakes. After the spurs game he was gleefully happy which we haven't seen, I hope he keeps his focus for United on Sunday. We are in new territory being top for so long but for Arteta he's been in this position at ...

Re: Norwich charity cup winners 1919/20 A Sun 15th Jan KO 430pm

By the way, I'm a huge fan of Martinelli, but has anyone noticed how in recent matches he isn't taken players on and getting past them as he usually does? He's tending to stop and lay the ball back. I know they're doubling up on him, but he seems reluctant to take the full back on even when its 1 o...

We should beat them, be nice if Vieira's Palace could do a number on them before they visit us. Even without them we have more than enough to reverse the result they luckily got earlier on in the season.

Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread

The mudryk deal to Chelsea is just getting stranger... reading reports that £20.5m of the fee is going towards funding the Ukrainian war effort against Russia. Is this even allowed to happen in a football transfer? Surely, that's a sweeter to gain an advantage which I thought was no longer allowed a...

Still waiting to hear from the FA about spurs not being able to control their players when they surrounded the ref, richarlison for assaulting Ramsdale, and the fan kicking Ramsdale in the back... :redcard2:

Did Sp*rs just bring on 1967 Paul McCartney?   Apparently Macca really died in 1966 & was replaced by a double afterwards! :rubchin: 8) :barscarf: That's one of the conspiracy theories that is likely to be genuine. He's buried in Strawberry Fields cemetery, which has been ...
