To compete in the big time we need world class players end of! Wengers plan has failed yet again City Away - Loss Uni...

Granted thats true , but in January with RVP out we did need a striker to fill his boots. It cant always be down to Cesc to win us crucial matches. We do let in goals far to easy and next season that has to be top priority. I just feel we have needed that extra striker option that could of won us a ...

Despite how bad Al has been this season, i still think a quality striker was needed that can get us ugly goals when needed. I say the word ugly as we always try to score the perfect goal and we dont have a drogba style striker in our squad that can be a fox in the box. Even with RVP in the team we s...

Who can we buy for next season?
Being realistic regardless of the outcome this season, who can we buy?
Ive been thinking long and hard, will AW buy anyone and who could can fit with our current team and wages ect.
The way i see it, we need a strong midifielder, a top goalie, a new CB and a "WORLD CLASS STRIKER"
But who??

Almunia isnt good enough WE ALL KNOW THAT, he shouldn be in an arsenal shirt so its hard to blame him as its down to our beloved Manager who keeps playing him. Whats Al going to do, turn down the chance??? Questions need to be asked about Wenger if we dont win anything this year. It seems like he is...

It was a lucky goal to be fair, though it was a clanger yet again from Almunia. Its a shame, as just before he let the goal i was thinking, maybe we should give him a chance and that finaly he is getting into form again. On a even less positive note, the team didnt play well at all today, and didnt ...

Southampton 92 was the nuts mate, first half you could tell everyone was real down and not as noisy. Then Some fella stood up on one the barriers and really shouted at everyone to get behind the team and make some real noise for the last time in the north bank! That was it, the whole place went craz...

the season after the north bank was pulled down, i started standing in the clock end, loved being near the away fans as it was pure banter and it vamped up the atmosphere! I was only about 15 and a little gobby bastard at that haha. Best memory u have was when we played the spuds , i was standing ne...

Re: WHAT WAS IT LIKE TO STAND ON THE NORTH BANK?
I always wish I could have stood on the North Bank or at least seen it. My Dad took me to my first game in the mural season :( Can anyone tell me what was at the back of the terrace? What was to the left and right of the roof? What were the facilities like? How long did it take to get in on a match...

God it was crazy, my first ever match was standing in the northbank and i had never been a match before. It cost me £4.00 adults were £8 if i remember right! I stood right in the middle in front of a barrier , there was a walk way in front of the barrier and i always saw tom watts (lofty from east...
