I assume Wenger has Iwobi in a fantasy league team!

Re: FC Cologne (H) | Europa League | Thu 14 Sep 20:05
I was not at this game but my experience with German fans (along with Dutch fans) is that they are more amenable to mixing with the opposition fans just to have a laugh and talk football. If this had been an Italian sides' fans, things may well have been very nasty. It says all about Arsenal (Englis...

Re: FC Cologne (H) | Europa League | Thu 14 Sep 20:05
Last night was brilliant. They obviously love their football in Cologne and made the whole event miles more passionate then anything we saw in 20 years of Champions League. Football is about your mates and loving the 90 mins. In our League it's become stale with very boring teams winning the League...

Re: Double,Double,Double
Steve Bruce will probably be next :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf: Tbh I hate it when we spend our time crowing over opponents failures. Different if we are the Invincibles and lording it over everybody but we are absolutely dogshite ourselves and the only enjoyment we seem to get these days is whe...

Re: Operation Saturn
Why were the seats taken out in the first place? It was hardly to make room for the great unwashed I'd imagine. I read it was to be compliant with the number of spaces that need to be allowed for wheelchair supporters. When the stadium was built there wasn't enough. I know at the end of the day it ...

Re: Operation Saturn
The more hospitality seats there are the more marginalised real fans become.

Re: We was robbed !
Perhaps they were trying to get Wenger out! I wish they had knicked him... Perhaps they can claim this is where all the money went that we mysteriously no longer have? "Thieves get away from Emirates stadium shop with £150M in safe". :banghead: Reports of Kranky wanting to build...

Re: tourist fans
Why do these people attend a football match...seem to have no interest.....just sit there playing with their ipads or whatever....dont get it.. There is a simple answer to that, for the 'Match Day Experience', it's not about the football but the whole day out. These are the same people who go to St...

Re: tourist fans
Getting enough fans will always be a problem for reasons stated above. The best way is embarrass Wenger and Kranky through media attention. Business men hate bad publicity, hit these greedy gits where it hurts - in the pocket. Bad results will help too, so protests at away games could be productive ...

Re: LIVERPOOL AWAY THREAD
If people had stopped going and stopped renewing their season tickets all this could have been prevented a few years ago. ....and all those spare seats and season tickets would be taken up by 'new age' pretend fans, tourists, theatre goers, half half scarf collectors and those who go along for the ...

Re: Stars above the badge
Conversely, what about relegations. When I get into discussions with Glory Hunter United fans, particularly, I ask them how many times the have been relagated (as I feel this is a minus trophy. None of them has ever been able to answer. When I tell them it's at least 4 they are not happy and don't ...

Re: Wenger or Kroenke Out!!
Got to stick with 'Wenger out.' 2 reasons, as others have said Kranky will only clear off if profits are too low or through a buy out. There is little to be done that fans can do to achieve this. Secondly, the media. If you start up against Kranky, any coverage may focus on saying we don't know what...
