An open letter to Lady Nina Bracewell-Smith

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

An open letter to Lady Nina Bracewell-Smith
Arsenal’s future destiny might just be in the hands of one recently departed director

How do three generations of family ownership fit in with the modern world of cut throat global business?

Are the boardroom wrangles an inevitable result of the Sky led Premier League..or did things begin to shake up back in the early 80's when DD came on board?

Even if Lady Nina keeps her shares, how can she fight off a possible takeover?

Teaming up with AST would be a very good start.

Given that Fiszman has now got rid of Dein, Edelman, Carr & Bracewell-Smith. And given that the board don't want Usmanov. And given that they did a U turn on Kroenke. And given that Hill Wood is no more than a rather ancient mouth piece - has anyone got a clue what game they're playing?

Spot on Sammy Mooner.

Nothing is inevitable unless we let it be. If it were we'd still be hunter-gatherers and living in caves (I think they still do at The Lane). :D

I understand why many Gooners feel ownership is not an issue they can influence. I ask why not.

The corporate titans and financiers aren't looking so all-powerful and clever at the moment, are they? You don't have to be on the left to think if the current economic policy of anything goes and lunch is for whims should be consigned to the dustbin of history.

They do things differently and in some cases better elsewhere in the world, why shouldn't we? IF enough of think it ought to change AND enough of us do something about it, then it will.

JOIN AST NOW! THIS MINUTE. That'll be a start.
