But he will show great spirit, determination and mental strength. Winning here is not the most important thing, as everyone can see he is developing well.

Maybe if we put blinkers on him it might help ? Then again if it does then I can see wenger wanting to introduce them for football matches (lets face it he couldnt run down anymore blind alleys can he ?
