Avi Cohen

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Avi Cohen

Post by M-50 »

Many of you may of seen Elmander's goal celebration v West Brom depicting his message to Tamir Cohen's father, Avi, who is a European Cup winner with Liverpool. Sadly passed away today following a motorcycle accident.

He was aged 54

Rest in Peace

Rest in peace Avi.. The first Israeli player to play in England, still probably the best one.

My thoughts are with Tamir and his family.. He was a man at his prime. Sad.
