WHY THE FORUM COLOUR HAS TEMPORARILY CHANGED!

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

the idea is we are in mourning for a week. we will change back after that, but using this format is the only way we can change the colour of the forum to black to mark steve's passing without it involving a great deal of work for rob. in the greater scheme of things, i think we can all tolerate this for a few days given the gesture behind it.

I hope Steve's family get the opportunity to look at the forum during the next week so they can see how much this guy was loved by us all, and to see that although our loss is nothing in comparison to theirs, we are all deeply saddened by this tragic news.

Rob,

I have a feeling Steve was born in 69 but I am checking this with someone.

Again, thanks for this great gesture Rob and Ed.

Just to echo what everybody has said that changing the colour and adding the note in the top of the screen is a really nice gesture and well done to all concerned

Real nice touch guys.

Something like this really puts all of our moaning into perspective.
