YOUR FIRST EVER ARSENAL GAME

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

First home game is a distant memory but I think it was 1966/67 season v West Brom . We lost 2-3 . My dad used to live in Stoke Newington near Clissold Pk before moving to Walthamstow and went to Highbury quite a bit so took me there for my first game rather than Orient who were alot closer to home .
We stood on the open terrace Clock End, though in those days the younger boys were ushered down to the front for a better view . Magic .

April 2009, 2-0 at home against Middlesbrough. Both goals scored by Fabregas. I've never seen a game at Highbury and I'm getting more and more disappointed about that as time goes by.

My first away game: AZ Alkmaar in October 2009, so that was almost a home game for me. Since then I've also been to Arsenal v Fulham (May 2010) and Barcelona away this year. My next game is Köln away. :barscarf:

4-2 i think vs everton in 92 possibly, wright scored a hat rick may have scored all 4. east stand upper...being a wee nipper and my first live game at the club i supported, barring col u and ipswich, i was somewhat impresses by highbury in comparison to portman and layer roads
