Blind leading the blind

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Blind leading the blind

Post by frankbutcher »

With a lack of experience in the squad, those youngsters coming through will invariably learn off some of the more junior squad members.

The following quote on .com today summed it up for me.

http://www.arsenal.com/news/reserves-ne ... first-team

"Now I am modelling my game on Alex Song's. I like the way Song plays, he has power and strength. He is a strong midfield player, very smart and technically very good. I look up to him.

:speechless:

"Sometimes I ask him about football, but also about settling in because he was young when he came here."

What next? Ryo Miyaichi learning from Walcott. Oxlade-Chamberlain learning from Diaby. :banghead:
