Carling Cup Draw

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Winnable, but we'll probably lose it.

Their second string are better than our first, with one or 2 obvious exceptions. We have a small chance.

Think we should avoid the temptation to strengthen the team against them and stick with reserves/youngsters/fringe players. The last two times we've got to the final of this mickey mouse competition it's fecked up the rest of our season.

So this time we should see it for what it is - be happy to go out - and concentrate on the more important games either side (Fulham at home and Wigan away).

Providing City agree to it, yes. We're going out though.
