Fuck, aren't memories great

i remember that game, because it was the first winter Sunday 4pm kick off game that I went to (fucking SKY...) and it was weird to be walking down Gillespie road 'at night' on a Sunday cos the clocks had just gone back, and it seemed like a Wednesday.
I was on the Clock End when Paddy scored, and I think it was his first and our first win over manyoo for a few years. no idea then we'd do the double that year. I guess that would have been our first inkling.
Happy Days.

Jesus... was it that long ago, seems like yesterday...
I was prawn sandwiching in the West upper for that game, my GF of the time wanted to go but was too up her own arse to mix with the plebs in the NB or Clock ...great view though...
Platts goal is pretty much the only memory i have of the c*nt playing for us if he hadn't scored that goal i would have erased him from our history...
