Mertesacker was our best defender today. Where are the BFG haters? 8)

Happy with that as a performance. Wigan are terrible and we have just gone in and taken the 3 points necessary.

Solid defensively, strong in midfield, good up front and no injuries...all good

Good result, hopefully no injuries other than Song.....not the end of the world!! 8) More importantly, our goal difference gets a nice boost!

We are clearly a class team, just lacking a couple of world class attacking players to take us to that next level...

Wigan were shit.

We think our defence is poor!

Good to win convincingly though. 8) :barscarf:

Not good to see the totters in second place ( :offtopic:  ) but I fully expect those *word censored* to fade toward the end of the season.

I'm more confident of a top four place now we have beaten a boggy :dirty: team.
