Todays games

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Crap 1 - 0 win for us today, but puts us into the top four.

Starting to think Chelsea are our only competition for 4th place, although Spurs' luck will surely change eventually?

Although it's funny that United lost at home to Bburn, it just makes it more likely that shitty will win the league which would never be a good thing.

We got lucky with a late winner against Villa and gained 2 points extra which we gave to Wolves the next match. So probably evens out as we won a game we shouldn't have a drew a game we should have won.

Torres, Downing, Henderson, Luiz, De Gea, Jones, Carroll, Meireles, Lukaku etc etc.

I, along with most on here, want to see a couple of quality players brought in, but it's clear that paying mega-bucks for the latest flavour-of-the-month player (Cahill at the moment) guarantees nothing and I'm enjoying seeing AVB and Beetroot nose watching their expensive signings fuck up.

Don't understand why Fergie keeps picking De Gea despite that Danish bloke's impressive form. Then again old purple nose has always had a thing for dodgy goalies.
