THE WENGER THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Surely Madrid or the Whores are about to announce Arsene as their new manager, the man to take them to the next level which as we all know is the next level. 8)

Amazingly he hasn't landed one of those top jobs he turned down every year just so that us ungrateful bastards could slag him off

What a shame - someone give that man £8.5m a year please - he's truly deserved it.

Giroud: ‘I spoke with some players & they’re happy with Emery, but you can’t forget what Arsène achieved. He basically built this club. We need to be patient with Unai and I think he will do very well at Arsenal.’

Good to see our former super prolific striker that some people are still fond of for some reason, recognizing how Arsene built the club in 1996 :barscarf:

I can't think of one thing Arsenal won before 1996. Did we even exist?

Judge him in May, the January window is particularly difficult as there are no clubs available.
