Rosicky - "Please don't boo us!"

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I really dont understand the stick he gets, he's a top quality player (when he's fit) and could really be helpful. Especially when JW get's crocked in a friendly vs Sweden! :banghead:

Quality or not (and I never quite bought into the rating he got over a few games last season), there's no point having a huge wage earner on the books if he plays on average 1 of every 5 games in a season.

As a player I like him, and I wish him a speedy recovery and definitely think he could add to our squad, but the point I'm making is that we shouldn't be so dependent on waiting for these players to "finally" return (for the umpteenth time).

If he does return with the form he showed during the last third of last season then at least he'll inject a bit of bloody energy and directness into our play instead of the pedestrian, sideways slow slow slow shit we've been witnessing.

Happy to have him back

I'm sorry but Tomas Rosicky has NOT earned the initials-squad number nickname. TA5, TH15, DB10, PV4 etc yes. Even JW10, TV5 and a few others but TR7 is a no for me.

I've really missed him running across the half way line, putting his foot on the ball, and turning back the other way, something a kid of 5 first learns when he starts playing football, there's not many current Arsenal players that I really hate, apart from him, Walcott, Diaby, Santos, Mannone, Frimpong to name but a few, but mainly just Rosicky, he makes me sick to the stomach every time I see the *word censored* run out (eventually) in our kit.

Aw come on mate you just gotta hate Arseshavin most! I do. :(
Arseshavin is the biggest waste of space I have ever had the misfortune of seeing. :(
