Army Jon Benefit Gig

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Army Jon Benefit Gig

Post by Reg Niseth »

I know that many on here followed The Riders around the pubs of Arsenal. Jon died suddenly after the Tottenham home game this season. He was drummer with the Riders. A night of fund-raising for his family has been arranged

April 13th (after Norwich)
7.00pm
@ Dusk till Dawn (Archway Tavern)

RIDERS OF THE NIGHT * DJs * AUCTION * RAFFLE

Tickets: £10 pay on the door

The last time I saw Jon play was a benefit gig for a young girl with leukemia. Jon travelled from Wales to play only 6 weeks after having a brain tumour removed.

Loved The Arsenal so much he joined the Royal Artillery and served in the first Gulf War. A gent who deserves our support
