Is the great Kalou still available?officepest wrote:We have a winner!QuartzGooner wrote:It's gotta be Remy.
Every transfer window for three seasons.
Big links, plenty of them.
Frey was two seasons, Joe Cole big on the Forum (err, Frank?) but not for a prolonged campaign, Trabelsi the honour of playing for us in a video game but just linked for two transfer windows, Benzema a "Now and Again" pot shot but never really in the running, and Mexes more of a low level atrittional linkage.
Kalou a good challenger though, he'll be linked with us until he retires!

Heart says we might get cavani and carvalho but that's me being a complete fucking idiot...
Nothing's gonna change with him in charge and the board getting richer. We have lost what was once something special.

I won't be watching a single minute of that shit tomorrow night - its like a form of torture. Hours of the Sky lads licking 'Arry's arse and a bunch of AKBs stood outside the Armoury waiting for another of Arsene's Ligue 2 wonders to sign.
The transfer window can fuck right off

Yeah - actively selling Campbell and trying to beg Chelsea for any scraps they can throw us from the table.Steviegooner wrote:SteveO 35 wrote:I won't be watching a single minute of that shit tomorrow night - its like a form of torture. Maybe now they've signed Remy they can loan us one of their u-19s because we have 'special circumstances' with injuries

Real Madrid linked with Javier Hernandez.
Benzema to us anyone?
From BBC Website;
Transfer latest - Hernandez to Real?
In what could be one of the more surprising moves of Deadline Day, Manchester United and Real Madrid have discussed a potential loan deal for Javier Hernandez.
Hernandez joined the club from Guadalajara in 2010 and featured in two Premier League-title winning squads.
Juventus and Valencia have previously lodged bids for the Mexico striker.

What's the fucking point. Close the window now, the old cuntn in charge has let yet another chance to strengthen the team go begging. He's an incompetent fuckwit who manges to get even more annoying each year.

Are we still working "24 hours a day" to secure the World's best players and compete with Europe's elite?
Better get you book of discount coupons ready Arsene, the clock is ticking.

Get ready for the desperate fans and journo's to put Arsenal in pole position for Falcao on the basis that no-one else is in for him. I don't think here is a chance in hell of that happening.
The term 'very active' is the thinnest of straws to clutch to. I think a utility CB/DM is the best we can hope for, and a cheeky bid for Bobby Zamora at 10.58 tomorrow.

Re: 11pm Monday 1st September TRANSFER THREAD
Falcao will be viewed as a risk by AW. £50m for a striker coming off the back of an ACL injury. Now if Madrid buy him they might need to sell Benzema and he definitely is an AW type signing. Wouldn't be surprised to see us sell Campbell either as looks like he doesn't fancy him.
