its a very good tactic, never use british channels flash streams cos apart from nutjob.eu streams which the police had pulled down the rest are usually shite, bein sports are another good one along with the american ones.

best streams used to be with sopcast before they starting shutting down the english streams.. now you can get sopcast in russian or ukrainian...

bloodzeed does great streams using acestream.. problem is that they can buffer now and then
still better then any flash based stream.
