Speaking of Abou-the-great... when is his testimonial?
To which Wenger will say "arr, we couldn't have predicted this... we will honour his new contract"

It would just be typical that this waste of cunting space to be fit for the world cup, be fit, play fairly well then be injured again for the following season.... they should have shot the wanker and put him out of his misery!!Gunner Rob wrote:Abou still thinks he might get to play in the World Cup this year...

It must be every footballers dream to play for your country in a world cup... especially in Brazil!
Re: Abou Diaby - Injuries Thread
Very few players I would love to see succeed in the game than Diaby. The poor guy deserves a great career after all he's gone through. If he comes back and plays as well as he did at Anfield last season on a regular basis, our midfield would be absolute top drawer.

Yep, it has to be said, he's been through hell, getting paid over £27million for doing fuck all. The poor bastard. I'm just glad such tragedy has never befallen myself!1989 wrote:Very few players I would love to see succeed in the game than Diaby. The poor guy deserves a great career after all he's gone through. This is his career, his dream and it's been taken away from him through injuries. Money doesn't always compensate for everything.
