With both Clichy and Nasri Wengers hands were tied ,both were going to run out of their contracts so Gazidis sold them against Wengers wishes after checking with Kroenke .
The Nasri deal pissed Wenger off so badly he almost quit following as it did hot on the heels of the Fabregas debacle where Fabregas simply went on strike and forced Gazidis to sell him to Barca .
Wenger has power but when it comes to pure money, Gazidis can overule him of he gets permission from Stan !
With Nasri getting large sums of dosh for him with 1 year on the contractis was a great move business wise as was RVP .

Yep, that's right! I'm not saying we should go out and spend Just because of the great Joy of shopping (like I do in Football Manager) but we should address the key areas where we are still short - DM, CB and striker.
