1st/2nd March 2 big nights of football...

Post by casgooner »

...for Arsenal. If results go our way, we're back in it. Even them two drawing and us winning will make a big difference.

I know, I know, I'm clutching at straws, but I just want us to win the title and that lot not to win it.

You never give up, gotta give you that.... if only the team showed the same spirit. The problem as I see it, even if results go our way tonight, tomorrow & Saturday, we need to then maintain that fight right until the end of the season and I just cannot see that happening. I cannot believe that these overpaid posers of ours need motivating, considering what is at stake, but unfortunately they do.... and there is NOBODY to do that, not on the field nor off. I mean in a season where we are crying out for somebody to take charge, to inspire, to lead, he makes Walcott captain against Chelsea. Walcott, the same Walcott, who shouldn't even be at the club ,let alone in the team. That single idiotic decision sums up Wenger's entire thought process.

if it wasn't for the fact that Spurs might win the league i would have given up.
however they still can and so I will still believe in us (I hope that the team feel the same way and start fighting a bit harder)

therefore until Saturday afternoon (hopefully longer) I will be backing Wenger and his latest collection of overpaid, pampered pussycats 100%.

COME ON ARSENAL ! :barscarf:

Didn't watch any of the predictable Old Trafford defeat, but in my mind there's no way even a win over Swansea is going to "reignite" and title challenge, just look at our remaining away fixtures.

I hope Leicester beat West Brom because by the sounds of it they struggled a bit to get past Norwich and the scum are probably going to win both of their next two matches.

It is still there to be won!

If we win tomorrow and the other two have a not-too-unrealistic hiccup...then again Sat will be mahoosive!

Like my Brother says... "Never stop, never stop fighting until the fighting is done!"

West Brom will take Leicester by surprise as that is what pulis sides tend to do, and west ham will want to turn over the spuds more than anyone else. Pressure is on Leicester to win and they struggled.
Man City will be flying and they can really put a run of wins together, they've done it before. People have forgotten about them and that is so wrong

^ very true - Man City on the outside...are now benefiting from having no expectation or pressure.

But they are still very much in the mix.

Interesting 48hrs to come... could all be very different come Thursday!

Just be prepared to be disappointed, that's how I'm coping (that and a new drug that is 50% prozac and 50% viagra, it's brilliant).

^ Well that's me off to the the GP! - My missus has been looking for this solution for years!

I think the Hammers Spurs could be a belter tomoz. and Pool now have some unfinished business.

Just hope we increase are shooting around goal - when the Swans inevitably put 10 behind the ball.

You lot just don't get it do you ...FFS

The current team are Spineless, No leaders....no balls for a fight....weak and soft, not even sure the players care that much??

What players actually show any emotion on the field? Walcott looks like his mind is on something else

What players challenge the opposing team or referee in support of a fellow injured fouled teammate??

How many times have we seen it, as a fan i am sick of this team shaped by Wenger

If we loose on Saturday as expected to the scum and they go on to win the title, they can fuck off i will be finished

To see that shit and there scum fans win the league in my lifetime is unbearable, not sure i will ever get over it

^ This forum is very funny!

Seems like unless you post along the lines of -

Wenger is Sh*t - the team are C**nts - We won't win anything - I hate watching Arsenal - I'm not renewing my ST - the Board are W**kers...

Then there can be no other conversation surrounding a match or indeed the title hopes of our Club.

I understand the frustrations but there is more to contribute than the above again, and again, and again...

Other clubs must laugh at the civil war being waged within our fan-base.

Anyways...it is all salt on my chips...

I'm looking forward to tonight/tomorrow - and hopefully with a positive result...Sat too!
