Re: The Fake News Summer Transfer Thread
Remember when we kept hearing about how our best players will all want to leave if Wanker goes? The truth is that they want to leave because he has left. This is not about players wanting more money, it's about players wanting to improve and play for a better, more ambitious manager.

Re: The Fake News Summer Transfer Thread
It is truly sickening how Wenger manipulates the media and the supporters.
Stories coming out of Arsenal now suggest that we are going to bring Lemar and Van Dijk in, either next summer or in January. So once again the promise is "Jam Tomorrow" - just like it has been for the past 10 years or so. This is so obviously a distraction to divert attention away from yet another unfolding mess.
FFS - Why don't the media ever pull Wenger up on this endless shite ???

No doubt that too many put self interest first. There's also the unspoken threat that access will be denied to those who don't tow the line.GoonerMuzz wrote: ↑Sun Aug 27, 2017 12:10 pmThose prawn sandwiches must be epic is all i'm sayingJumpers For Goalposts wrote: ↑Sun Aug 27, 2017 11:50 amIt is truly sickening how Wenger manipulates the media and the supporters.

Surely out of all the journo's there has to be at least one who is honest and willing to do their job....Jumpers For Goalposts wrote: ↑Sun Aug 27, 2017 12:18 pmNo doubt that too many put self interest first. . . . .
Sorry I just realised what I had said/typed....
They are all on the gravy train - they get their quotes; a meaningless bunch of utter bullshyte and lies as we all know, but the Big Stupid (aka: AKB's and Unconscious Zombies) read and believe it....
Wenger is the kind of utterly delusional, lying, truth bending ceuunt that could easily run and be president of a small third world country.
He has all the qualifications: Self Interest - even above family and friends - a Multi-millionaire Despot intent on making more, who has supreme and unquestionable power over all he surveys whose decisions and actions are answerable to no one.
We are going to need a coup d'état to oust the fuckker.

If he does that they should then all refuse to go back.... Seriously, with instant internet access, You tube etc, is any newspaper really going to see a slump in sales because they don't have his self indulgent ramblings in it???Jumpers For Goalposts wrote: ↑Sun Aug 27, 2017 12:18 pmNo doubt that too many put self interest first. Re: The Fake News Summer Transfer Thread
There is no possible upside to what may or may not happen in the next few days. If Sanchez stays, on today's evidence, he will be a shadow of the player we recognise - going through the motions until he is allowed to leave in 9 months' time (when we will get not a penny for him).
If he goes to City in this window, we will get £50 million for him but we will not have time to buy any sort of adequate replacement. Would Guardiola allow Aguero to move to us in part-exchange, given Jesus's development? Very unlikely, but the only possible scenario that would give us anything positive out of his departure.

Re: The Fake News Summer Transfer Thread
That was the last you'll see of Alexis and the Ox in an Arsenal shirt as they trudged their way off, hooked by TO1AW even though the likes of the utterly fucking woeful Welwide, Sick Boy Ozil and the Swiss Moron were allowed to continue to bring shame upon the shirt
Still - as we all know, its about trimming down the squad rather than signing new players
Can't wait for the fallout from today closely followed by the Ox and Alexis bringing about a transfer window profit

Makes you wonder if this wasn't the plan all along?, the perfect excuse not to 'replace' him is no time left.Bob Bayliss wrote: ↑Sun Aug 27, 2017 7:37 pmIf he goes to City in this window, we will get £50 million for him but we will not have time to buy any sort of adequate replacement.
I wonder if in the next few days we'll see stories leaked to the press about Sanchez being disruptive or something like that.
