Sky super 6 2017/2018

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Not done any updates on here for a long time

Congratulations to Tom Heneghan who will win our league - top with an impressive 503 points :barscarf:

61 points clear of nearest rival Anthony Mason

Still last day’s results to go but Tom cannot be caught, well played mate, very consistent, illusionary dominance.
Yes well done Tom and thanks Stuart for setting it up .. i really enjoyed it even if im not very good at it  :)

To be fair the rest of the placings were pretty close - Tom head and shoulders above the rest - :barscarf:

Ok it’s back up and running - have added Charlie Nicholas and Paul Merson to our league (nice new feature to add the pundits of your choice in)

Those who previously played should be able to post immediately - any newbies search online gooner for the league

Good luck one and all :barscarf:

Round 2 today - cracking round for Michael Williamson who scored an impressive 16 point :barscarf:

Gary Heslip is the early pacesetter with 20 points :barscarf:

It’s not too late to join in the fun and excitement.

Pit your prediction skills against your fellow online Gooner buddies and also try to beat champagne Charlie Nicholas and Paul magic man Merson who are in the league this year too.

Spare a thought for the poor guy (or woman) who was moments away from winning the £1m today on sky - notts forest were 2-1down in injury time when they were awarded a penalty. The poor individual was probably at home following it on tv knowing that he was moments away from the million before the penno was awarded, so you can only imagine his euphoria when the keeper saved the penalty, only then to suffer a savage kick in the balls when a forest player followed in and buried the rebound
Dunno if I should laugh at it or not

This is the first season I've remembered to play this on a regular basis and I'm doing fairly well, now I'm abroad and it won't let me play.

As I lie here next to the pool drinking a beer in the 30 degree sunshine I think to myself how cruel life can be at times!

You'll really be thinking that later when a bunch of pissed cooked up footballers roofy your beer and plough your arse like a series of hot knives through butter.
