If Everton had really sorted their shit out it would have happened......as it happens, until a fortnight from the end of the season it could have been megamoney Burnley who knocked us down to 7th. And unless we get a 'defence first' manager next season it will be exactly the same. A Wenger lite model who wants to play pretty football with that clueless bunch of clowns in defence and between the sticks won't fare any better
