Why bother sacking him at this stage ? :? They are practically relegated and wont get a decent manager before the summer anyway, so why not wait until then to save even more upheaval ?
On a very relevent side issue to this, the baggies ceo has come out and said that they are financially in a mess and have no more money for wages - one can only assume that they will be offloading players left, right and centre at end of season, so we have to ensure that wenker is no longer in charge then cos otherwise he will surely be interested in bringing back gibbs and other shite players like evans, foster etc

Being the LMA's handshake monitor what are the odds on Hughes complaining about a post match manager non handshake before the end of the season?

Pardew has won 2 of his last 29 premier league games!!! Who the fuck will employ him now? He has to go down a division or two, he is not a PL manager!

Woudn't have done it to the Invincibles as they would have matched that aggression all the way and met fire with fire. Knew he could get away with it vs us in the Fabregas 'soft touch' era. Sad but true.

there is nothing you can do to protect yourself if somebody steams in does your leg when you don't expect it, at some point you have to plant one of your feet, manutd kicked the invicibles off the pitch at old trafford to end our unbeaten run, they just never broke any legs.

You're telling me that if we didn't have a few "hardmen" of our own that the likes of Pubis would not think twice before deciding to adopt an overly physical approach against us?

Wenger neglected that side of our game. For many years he sent us out at places like Stoke with a bunch of a shrinking violets. Teams like Stoke took full advantage of Wenger's negligence and naivety. We were bullied physically and mentally and Wenger failed to put a stop to it. Just look at the difference a player like Torreira has made for us. I'm talking about that sort of player which Wenger just ignored the importance of, and as a result we came unstuck against the physical teams time and time again.

Even in that game vs ManUre you mentioned, we still gave as much as we got (without going OTT aggression-wise like they did), but Mike Riley wanted them to win otherwise he would have sent the Neville sisters off and waved away the Shrek dive. Plus that was an isolated game; normally the Invincibles would never find themselves in a position where a team kicks them off the park. Ironically that game was probably the start of the "Arsenal don't like it up em" narrative.

Yes it was the start, because it worked and the ref let them get away with it.
So the media peddled the soft Arsenal propaganda to encourage all teams to do it.

Players like Hleb, Rosicky, Reyes, were easy targets for hatchet men, Fabregas was targeted on a rotational basis and I’m surprised he lasted as long as he did - he was the heartbeat of that team and got stuck in too, but he couldn’t do it all himself ( he so nearly got us over the line)

That is the point even that team got kicked out of the game because the ref let one side do the kicking, and other managers got in there head that kicking Arsenal was the way to stop them, if it was good enough for Fergiescum it was good enough for them.

I do agree that our team after that were a bit powder puff  as wenger used to buy small technical players, just pointing out if somebody goes for your planted foot when you don't expect it, there is not much you can do .

How many clubs has Hughes managed and has he left any of them under his own free will ?
Only certainity is he will turn up at some other club and continue the merry go round.
