Well that was a surprising win :lol:

We had a good first half, with Mkhitaryan scoring a wonder goal and Ramsey being played through to score the second to sucker punch Milan right before half-time. We had a few opportunities to score even more. Their defence was even worse than ours. It seems that The Old Fraud's deal with the devil still endures.

It was a somewhat even second half. We could easily absorb any pressure that they could put on us, however limited they were and despite their being undefeated since Christmas, until now. I thought they would be much better than they were tonight and put us to the sword. Roll on next Thursday.

When you think of AC Milan, you think of Gullit, Rijkard, Van Basten, Seedorf, Kaka etc etc. I think we have just played the Italian version of Arsenal. A team that seems to be in a similar state of decline.
