Not good enough, he should ask or be given someone that can communicate tactics properly if language barrier is the case, not that our team are fluent in English anyway.

Chillwell was valued at over 60m last year. There was a package United was considering of Maguire + Chillwell at approx 150m. Tierney, IMO, was a steal in today's market regardless.
