Re: Zidane
What's Spanish for "one of our own".
Re: Zidane
Maybe Wenger can replace Zidane at Real Madrid and turn them into European Champi .... oh hang on
As much as I would like some other set of fans to suffer at Wenger's expense ... I'd prefer it if Podgy was to go there.
Would be hilarious if the scum lost him and all their momentum (if you can call it that) just as they move to their new ground. It would be another great addition to the list of what is making this a great summer.

Re: Zidane
What a kick to the ego it'll be for Wenger if Madrid blank him (like you would expect them to)
How would he spin that one?

I almost signed for them ?
Re: Zidane
It wont happen, #1 I can't see RM going for a has been manager. #2 Wenger wont risk the humilation of failing there, they just won the CL so unless he wins the double then it will not count as success.
No he will instead keep on writing his memoirs of how he single handedly built the Emirates and nearly did this and that, then he will join a mid-level club as a 'project' but I doubt he will have much success, he just doesn't realise how much of his best years were down to what was happening with French football at the time, defence he inhereted etc.
Arsene who?.

Re: Zidane
Sacked by Christmas if Mad-Rid were to get desperate enough to sign him up.
Would probably try to sign a few Arsenal players, (love childs)

Re: Zidane
From 6th in the PL to Real Madrid ? - do me a favour...
Madrid nearly always get who they want - mourinho or Klopp maybe ? Simeone more likely.
I don’t remember an Italian manager doing well in Spain.
If Allegri goes to Spain then maybe Zidane to Juve who gave him his big break.
The ex-manager to Japan, no chance he even gets an interview in the top leagues.
