forum going slow

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Those adverts are the result of an internet algorithm reading your data and direct marketing you. I'm guessing you drive a heap of shite Seat that needs updating....

LeftyEwokUKIPtottnumb gets adverts for penis enlargers, growth hormones and Ewok sized gimp costumes... OneBardEwok gets adverts for the same stuff, plus anal lube... and 1989 gets tottnumb season ticket offers....

Absolutely the same for me. Soooo slow on broadband. What have you changed? It's got to be sorted, as it's getting to the point of being unusable.

You sir are a genius. Just installed ad-block and normal service has been resumed :barscarf:

Does that mean that the ads we've been getting have fucked up the operation speed

I'd imagine so. The adverts often have heavy image content and that has to load before the page becomes properly active.

Also deleting cookies and history on your browser will speed everything up somewhat.
