I would like Leicester City to take at least a point off the dippers
Brighton, to stuff the spuds.
The Toon to beat the manure
Southampton to beat Chelski, not asking much is it.
Funny as last night was, and funny as those results might be I do wonder if we are starting to have the mentality of Spurs supporters

3 points and a clean sheet v Bournemouth on Sunday will do me :barscarf:
I don't think.we are that bad yet but we should always celebrate our rivals getting hammered

Oh the shame! 7-2 in your shiny new stadium hahahaha

The ''wall of sound'' must have really been intimidating!

Absolutely hilarious result last night! :D :D Shows what a joke this competition is that this rabble got to the final last year.

On another matter that has been annoying me for ages ... BT Sport have former ref Peter Walton doing a lot of their games. They go to him for his view on certain decisions ... and EVERY time he agrees with whatever the ref or VAR has decided! I have not seen one time where he has said the officials have got something wrong! Last night he contradicted himself in a matter of minutes over the pen the Scum got and the one Munich didnt get. It was so blatant ever Jenas noticed!

Note to BT Sport: THERE IS NO POINT ASKING PETER WALTON ANYTHING !

I was looking at their stadium all lit up with fancy roof lighting effects , and was thinking it's too fancy for them , like a guy wearing gold boots, you think he better good to be wearing them.

any kid that wasn't mustard in Beckenbaurs when i was kid playing got kicked to crap.

and when i played mens sunday league it was the same, any twat in those predator blades would get raked every tackle :D

its why i hate any of our youngsters wearing these coloured boots. it bugs me no end.

Tottenham Hotspur are the first English side to concede seven goals in any European competition since Spurs lost 0-8 to FC Koln in the UEFA Intertoto Cup in July 1995.

The gift that keeps on giving
They nearly broke their own record !!

My theory for why the PL is so shite is that it is partly down to the lost art of defending. Modern defenders are mostly shit. If you have a couple or three top attackers like the mousers do you can basically terrorise these shit modern defenders and steamroll them.

Of course it's not the only cause - money, greed, shit rule changes, oversaturation, mercenary players, the lack of a proper apprentice system, social media culture making "legends" of utter average cùnts - all these things contribute, but when teams like the mousers can be challenging based mostly on naive one dimensional football and 3 attacking players there is something very wrong.

Worryingly they are the 2nd best team in this shitfest of a league - and by quite some distance too.

Watched the analysis of last night's matches on Bleacher Report and quite a few teams dropping themselves in the shit with this playing out from the back lark. We aren't alone.

It just makes this once beautiful game a mockery. The sooner this fad fucks off the better.
