other matches this weekend

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Watford1-0 up

It won’t last, but it’s nice to see the dustbins struggle .

Welbeck lasted 2 minutes before he was subbed with a hammy.

Poor Danny. His careers over. Must be.

The LEAST he could have done was score before being subbed.

Deli eyebrows handled the ball before scoring - Typical lucky scumCUNTS, where is VAR when you need it? :banghead:

Amazing how City had one disallowed against them for the same thing isn't it? Fuck em, they're shit and completely irrelevant.

That has to be one of the lowest scoring Saturdays in the PL in a while. That two week break obviously did the players a treat. Not. :banghead:

The whole VAR thing is a pathetic joke. Refs fucking overruling a system which is in place to rectify their errors. It's yet another example of something completely and utterly bent in football.

Very strange , the ref just decided spuds should have a goal .

So VAR only exists as digital linesman.

That was cheating, Watford were robbed of a hard earned 3 points that may be the difference between then staying up.

Mane's goal disallowed but Alli's goal yesterday went through no problems. VAR is not shambles, it is beyond rigged - giving referee too much concession and relying with on-field decision. Why the fuck did you bring the technology for then, offside goals an that's it. 10 weeks of football almost and NOT ONE referee has gone to the screens or anything as such.

It gives everyone joy to see United one up against Liverpool (though a draw is preferred for me. Don't want Liverpool going ahead nor I want United get momentum as a result of this) but honestly just announce VAR is for offside because that's the only thing that gets reviewed and overturned.

See Old Red Nose is still ‘fixing’ the games at Old Trafford. VAR is a joke!
