Commentator on radio was praising Bellerin, but now blames him for the goal.

We got away with the exact same chance minutes earlier with another Newcastle player free at the back post. Clean sheets will be a rare occurrence this season.

Bellerin and Mustafi really cant defend together, one or the other or both need dropped to make a point

Better 2nd half had to be,look a far more cohesive team with Torreira in the side.

Newcastle abject second half thankfully,we improved and that was a game we would of dropped points in the last few years as no subs would of been made before the 67th min :D

Just a small observation Sokratis made one very important recovery tackle in the first half when Mustafi slipped and he looked far more solid than Mustafi who struggled with crosses into the area no awareness of who he needs to get tight to,ball watching.Micky Tarragon was very weak on the goal as well.

Xhaka has shown he can hit the odd long range shot,Ramsey I would just take any sort of fee in January or let him go for free wants 200k plus a week

Well two wins on the trot away from home....better than last season :barscarf:

That was some improvement in the 2nd half. We moved the ball so much quicker, and with Torreia out there, we had a player in midfield who does the simple things well. There are still alot of weak links in the team, particularly in defence, where Mustafi and Bellerin have so many brain farts, it's unreal. On the plus side, last season under wanker, we were handing out points for fun, and this time around, 3 wins from 5, isn't a bad start :barscarf:

That’s our 10th goal this season.....and 10 different goal scorers.
And that I think is why Dick wants xhaka in the team - his goals.

Three wins on the trot including two away is much much better than last year.

We are up to 7th And we are on the same points as the tiny totts who are supposed to be title contenders

they asked Xhaka if he was happy with our performance today and he surprised them by saying no.

Dick has got them all believing they are a work in progress.

First half dire, second half came out at a really good pace, won the game and cruised Home.

PROS - Xhaka had a good game today. Great free kick, although said before the keeper was miles too far over. Emery makes really positive substitutions and even though our full backs don’t block crosses or track runners which yet again cost us, we weren’t sitting back or hanging on at all. Sokratis was superb, don’t think he put a foot wrong and made some great tackles. We upped the tempo from the start of the second half. Torreira has to start. The bloke is a complete terrier and wins the ball back more than I’ve seen anybody in a red shirt.

CONS - Cech is a nightmare - the number of times he underhit passes to a teammate who was being pressured by two players was scary. Bellerin had a complete horror show today. Why are these lot playing??? First half was the most Wenger half of football I’ve ever seen. Shape still doesn’t look right - playing four centre mids and a striker on the wing isn’t great.

Atmosphere in the away end was a world away from coming here in April. Always a good result to get three points away from home.

Always nice to beat them there. Bunch of whiny, blinkered nobodies shouting their mouths off every two seconds and getting arsey when a throw-in goes against them. Piss off back down the leagues where you belong, clowns of English football.

-Spot on analysis mate. To be fair to Cech other than his now customary suicide moments he didn't do much wrong today.
-I don't understand why Emery sticks with a few certain players despite constantly shit performances (looking at you Bellerin).
-Ramsey was absolute dogshit today. If he really thinks he's worth 200k or north of that ( ) fuck him off as soon as Jan 1.
-Torreira is a fucking animal. Our best ball winner since Vieira? How on earth does he not start!!!?

2 tricky away games in a row won that we would have probably lost with Wenger in charge. Apart from some sloppy moments I'd call that progress! :barscarf:

Torriera HAS to start from now on, hw should be first name on the teamsheet!
