Welwide has been just appalling. I'd say he's found his level against these pubbers but fuck me they might actually be a level above him tbh....

Thank God Wenger left before ES-R came of age. Wenger would have "coached" that sense of adventure out of him.

The amount of goals we are conceding is starting to become a serious concern now. I honestly can’t see us keeping a clean sheet against anybody, appalling stuff.

He is so limited as a player, technically poor on the ball, clumsy, poor anticipation and offers pretty much fuck all to the team.DB10GOONER wrote: ↑Thu Sep 20, 2018 8:43 pmWelwide has been just appalling. Well Emery was quoted as saying he'd rather win 4-3 than 1-0 when he took over so get used to itrodders999 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 20, 2018 8:55 pmThe amount of goals we are conceding is starting to become a serious concern now. Feel sorry for Leno. Finally gets a start and all the stats will show is he conceded 2 against a pub team. Our defending at times is comedy gold.rodders999 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 20, 2018 8:55 pmThe amount of goals we are conceding is starting to become a serious concern now. Ive sky+ the game and havent seen it yet, so in the meantime can ye tell me how leno played tonight ? My main focus on the game tonight would have been centred on leno's push to get rid of helmet head, and it saddens me that he has conceded 2 against a pub team - could he be faulted in any way or was he solid all game ?

The only time he touched the ball was when he was picking it out of his net. Had absolutely nothing to do. One nice chipped pass to El Neny in the first half that helmet head could only dream of doing but a spectator for the rest. No chance on either goal.augie wrote: ↑Thu Sep 20, 2018 9:03 pmIve sky+ the game and havent seen it yet, so in the meantime can ye tell me how leno played tonight ? Thing is, if we continue to “defend” like we have been doing there will be more 4-1 defeats than 4-3 victories.GoonerMuzz wrote: ↑Thu Sep 20, 2018 8:57 pmWell Emery was quoted as saying he'd rather win 4-3 than 1-0 when he took over so get used to itrodders999 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 20, 2018 8:55 pmThe amount of goals we are conceding is starting to become a serious concern now.
