This is the 1st real test for Emery as far as showing whether he has the balls to manage this club, by dropping Ramsey. Regardless of whether Ramsey refused a new deal, or the club pulled the proposed contract, it still means he will be fucking off soon, so why play him? We are too big of a club, to be desperately clinging onto players that are heading for the exit door(which Wenger did with Sanchez last season). It's also laughable seeing the arrogance of Ramsey wanting a big pay rise, as though he is world class. He has been average at best for most of his career, and will be no big loss if he goes, hopefully today we see the beginning of him warming the bench until we get rid in January.

I said the same, this is what a small club does, playing a want away player, instead of just telling him to fuck off and bench him, until he leaves in January. A club of our stature shouldn't be treated like mugs, especially not from an average joe like Ramsey.
