As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
Just saw another replay of their “penalty”. That piece of shit Son goes down in agony clutching his leg but stops thrashing around on the ground for a few seconds to glance back in the direction of the ref to see if his con job has been swallowed hook line and sinker.
Like Zaha a few weeks back if there’s any justice to be dished out this season then both those two c.unts will be carried screaming in agony from a pitch somewhere in the country at some point.
Son was at that shit again in the middle of the pitch yesterday where he goes down in supposed agony clutching his leg but popped straight back up when Dean ignored him.
VAR can’t come in quickly enough to expose both those vermin, cheating bastards.
At the start of the second half Kolasinic,I think, slightly trod on Deli Sandwiches foot..He flipped up in the air holding his shin. The replay from the touchline camera clearly proved that Mike Dean reacted to Alli's theatrics rather than any foul. I'm not sure if the linesman had any input into the decision. Dean is a detestable referee, he totally got in wrong on their penalty and it was as bad to hear Sky trying to vindicate it..
Holding went to ground so he invited the penalty, Rooney anticipated contact..Where does it stop. Many years ago an awful team I was playing for was losing a game 8-1 in atrocious conditions. The ref felt so sorry for us that he told one of our players that if we could get the ball into the opposition's penalty area he would do his best to give us a penalty..
That will be the next cliche from Sky.."The ball went into the box so Alli was entitled to go down "
Just got to say what a fantastic atmosphere inside the ground yesterday. A good old fashioned North London derby and the best for many, many years.
Fantastic game, plenty of goals, players getting stuck in to each other, the whole ground up off their seats singing the whole game, passion, smoke bombs, it had it all.
We get hammered for the Highbury library but yesterday especially and against Liverpool, there was no ground in this country better for atmosphere.
It felt like the support was on the pitch such was the intensity.
Posted by a Spurs fan on one of their forums in response to Ryan Masons "Chelsea is the bigger game now". I think this is spot on.
I'm not getting this "chelsea are the bigger rivalry now" shite. Chelsea are nothing.
Last nights game showed, if nothing else, that this is the true rivalry, the biggest derby, and produces the best, most pulsating games. That was a proper NLD; tons of goals, controversy, fights, needle... we fucked it, and the gooners ran away with it, but it was still a top derby. Arsenal will always be the rivalry, and the NLD will always be the biggest game.
Wow, what a game. The change in attitude is there for all to see. Sp*rs didn't deserve their lead at half time but the weakest parts of our time contrived to give them their lead. But in the 2nd half couldn't live with us, credit to strikers for putting their chances away, great cameo by Ramsey. Overall Bellerin was pretty good excusing his crazy side pass that nearly led to a goal. The fans were brilliant and it's remarkable what a bit of hope can do to a club. The management change has given us that.
Cannot remember celebrating Arsenal goals like that since forever! We blew them away!
Even today as we bask in the glory of a wonderful passionate performance led by dick himself, there is always some di.ckhead trying to credit the old senile egotistical ba.stard

Chelsea wish they had a rivalry.
Fuck Chelsea.
Well said by that Spurs fan. Chelsea and all their JCL fans post Abramovic can fuck off. I detest that lot whereas with Spurs it's just funny.
There is a chance we might get our Arsenal back, fantastic day. Loved Torriera's finish, he looked so fucking clear headed in what he was doing. Great to see compared to some of the shit that got into those positions over the years and skied it, sliced it, made a hero of the goalkeeper or rolled across to nobody. Get Ozil,Miki and a few out and more of the real deal in.
Is Sanchez/Miki the most unsuccessful swap in football history?
Torreira has been a revelation and what a modern CM should be tries to stay on his feet in the tackle and always on the move, does the simple things well.
We have a long way to go defensively especially but credit to Dick and Mislintat Leno,Torreira,Sokratis and Guendouzi for a combined 70 m quid all have settled in and brought something to the squad.
Torreira 22 and Guendouzi 19 years old will only get better and Leno despite his first mistake in an Arsenal jersey at 26 is also relatively young for a GK.
