Bertram Mee OBE

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Just out of interest, has he had a statue made of him outside the ground yet? If not, he should have one.

I knows it's Christmas, but not a peep about this on the official website or social media! Shameful!

Who is this old geezer and what is that weirdly shaped trophy beside the FA Cup?

Thank God SlySports came along and saved football.

Has to be noted very much a partnership with the late great Don Howe, Bertie was very much an ambassador for the club steeped in the Arsenal values and believed in doing things the right way......

That should be the next statue at the ground. Those two next to each other. The club needs to reconnect with its past and start showing the respect and appreciation these two deserve.
